These individual pastries are ready for display in your patisserie and ready to shove them in your best ceramic cookware. The shiny filagree edges boards are sized (2 13/16″ by 1 1/8″) to fit perfectly on the shelves of Jason Getzan’s bakers racks, but they look good on other pastry counters and in shop windows. the pastries are also easily removable if you need loose cakes.
